We make sure the roles of each party are clearly defined. It is of great importance to have a clear understanding of the responsibilities the various parties bear.

Based on our experience we developed our own project management tools: for each project we make a custom-built project plan, made visual with our own Well Construction Process, WellPro®.

• Purchasing, contracting

  Purchasing well materials and selecting the right services is a specialism. Our experts can offer help with contracts, procurement (including EU tendering) and logistics.
